Q. "Who is your shipping carrier"
A. All of our products are shipped via UPS.
Q. "How much shipping and handling will I pay?"
A. We ship UPS. Shipping charges vary per item and are calculated based on the weight of the package and the “ship to” address. Shipping costs are calculated in real time with information received from the UPS web site. Should the UPS web site be down when you are trying to place your order, you may experience a delay, followed by a $0 shipping charge. You will still be able to place your order. For more information regarding orders shipped within the United States, please visit our UPS Chart. We DO NOT charge any handling fees.
Q. "Do oversized packages/orders require additional shipping charges?"
A. No. However, based on the shipping box size used, Priority Shipping (e.g. Next Day Air) charges may be more than indicated on our website during checkout. We will contact you for authorization if actual shipping charges are greater than shown.
Q. "How long does it take for my order to be delivered?"
A. Products are normally shipped out the same business day. UPS ground shipments normally take six days or less to arrive anywhere in the contiguous US. To track the progress of your order, enter your tracking number on our Tracking Area. We reserve the right to ship via USPS or have products ship directly from our distributors at our discretion. Shipments via USPS or shipped from our distributors cannot be tracked from our tracking page. Shipments will normally register in the UPS system within 24 hours of pick up. If after a few days, your shipment can not be tracked, please contact us at 800.370.5331 and we will be glad to give you an update on your shipping status.

Q. "How do I find the shipping cost for an item before I purchase it?"
A. To find the shipping cost for an item, simply place the item in your cart. Our shipping costs for most items are based on each item’s size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping cost estimates that appear in the cart are calculated with our lowest cost shipping method and assume all items in the cart are going to one address. The actual shipping cost may be higher if a different shipping method (e.g. Next Day Air) is selected and will be shown during checkout.
Q. "What if an item I ordered is out of stock?"
A. If an out of stock item is ordered, this item will automatically ship when it becomes available. If an out of stock item is ordered with an available item, your complete order will ship when the out of stock item becomes available. If you wish to have the available item shipped separately, additional shipping charges do apply. If you wish to have the available item shipped separately, you can note this in the comment section at the time of your order or call us at 800.370.5331.
Q. "What is HappyGator.com’s return policy"
A. Every item we sell is backed by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, HappyGator will gladly accept your exchange or return for the full purchase amount within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. After 30 days, we can only accept an exchange or store credit in the amount of the current selling price.

A. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please call us toll-free at 800.370.5331. We will send a UPS carrier to your home to pick up the product at no extra cost to you.
